We’re Hiring: VP of Sales & Channel Development — Commercial Door Hardware

Direct Hardware Inc. is seeking a hands-on VP of Sales & Channel Development to build and lead sales growth for our commercial architectural door hardware business. Our product categories include door closers, hinges, locksets, deadbolts, maglocks, keypad locks, storefront hardware, flush bolts, exit devices, and hollow metal doors/frames.

The ideal candidate has experience selling commercial door hardware, architectural hardware, Division 8 products, building materials, storefront/glazing hardware, access control products, or related construction products. This person should understand distributor sales, contractor sales, independent manufacturer’s reps, quote follow-up, pricing discipline, and gross margin management.

Responsibilities include developing new distributor/dealer accounts, recruiting and managing independent sales reps, building sales territories, creating a CRM pipeline, supporting quote follow-up, coordinating with marketing on catalogs and product materials, and helping Direct Hardware build a repeatable sales process.

The ideal candidate is a player-coach who can personally sell while also building a scalable sales organization. Experience with commercial door hardware distributors, locksmith/security dealers, storefront/glass companies, contractors, facility buyers, or building-material distributors is strongly preferred.

Compensation may include base salary, performance bonus, new-account bonus, commission or gross-profit bonus, and possible long-term incentives based on measurable results.
